Hi! My name is Trevor Choleva, and I am the manager of Crimson’s Application Support team in the US and UK! We are the frontline of your experience with Crimson, and are here to answer your product functionality questions, set up your teams within the platform, and help troubleshooting and escalating any platform issues you experience. When not supporting our amazing customers, I spend a good deal of time playing video and board games, as well as raucously cheering on the Celtics and Patriots!
Hello! I am Erika Klotz, a Customer Success Manager. I work with a wide range of customers serving as their strategic partner.I work to understand my customers’ goals and challenges in order to help them achieve their intended business outcomes. I am my customers’ direct connection to the other Crimson teams. When I am not in the office supporting my customers, I am throwing my shoulder out on the softball field where I play coed slow pitch on 3 different teams year round!
My name is Bri Leclerc and I am part of the Customer Advocacy team. Our team is here to help Crimson Hexagon users connect for learning and networking. I am responsible for our CoLab webinar series, user groups, and meetings for companies with many users. My goal is to help you raise your profile in your industry or at your company and to provide a platform for you to share your knowledge with like minded professionals. When I’m not in the office I can be found writing my first novel, reading, watching Netflix, or thinking about dogs.
Hello! I am Carmen Pimienta Ingelmo, Content Moderator for the Help Center. I am here to ensure that all the resources available in the Help Center answer customers’ questions and help them make the best use of our platform. I constantly review and update the information to make sure it aligns with platform updates and releases and add new content on a regular basis. When I am not in the office, you can find me in the kitchen cooking Spanish dishes, reading a book or visiting a foreign country.
Hello! I am Alysia Burge, Customer Coach in Crimson’s London Office. I work with our new clients and support them in the early stages of their partnership with Crimson Hexagon. I aim to help our clients quickly see a return on their investment by advising them on how to ask powerful business questions, implement best practices and derive meaningful insights from analysis. When I am not supporting our new clients I am often found volunteering for a live music organisation or in the dojo practicing my jab-cross in the pursuit of becoming a better boxer.
Get the help you need
Have questions around using the platform? Our Support team is here to provide prompt answers to your platform questions! Once you’re a customer, our team will assist with ensuring that the right members of your team have the right level of access to the platform. Forget to mention someone the first time around? We can make any access changes you need during the duration of your contract.
Have you run across a potential bug in the platform? If so, our team is the first line of defense in ensuring these issues are promptly identified, escalated, triaged, and fixed by our Product and Engineering teams. All platform users are able to submit tickets to our Support team, while all admin users are able to additionally utilize our live chat functionality to get in touch with a Support agent directly in the platform.

In addition to our live support agents, Crimson also offers a vast library of self service materials, available to all users in our Help Center. The Help Center has all the resources you need to learn everything from the basics of the platform all the way to advanced analysis techniques. Depending on your learning style, you can spend time reading articles on how to best leverage the platform, and the methodologies used for our visualizations, or watch videos created by our internal professionals.

Crimson Hexagon’s online community provides the opportunity for all users to learn from peers in other organizations. This is a great place to discuss different analysis techniques, methodologies, and use cases.
