Forrester Research Recognizes Crimson Hexagon as a “Strong Performer” in Enterprise Listening

Earlier today, we announced that independent research firm Forrester Research, Inc. recognized Crimson Hexagon as a “strong performer” in their recent report, “The Forrester Wave: Enterprise Listening Platforms, Q1 2014.”
It’s our debut in the Forrester Wave for enterprise listening, and we are thrilled to be listed as a “strong performer.” Forrester specifically cited Crimson Hexagon’s “superior research tools” for marketers and market researchers.
We are also thrilled that Forrester’s report calls out the strength of Crimson’s road map and product vision. Over the past few months, we have released several exciting new features to our customers, including instant trend detection, improved automatic sentiment analysis, and Twitter account metrics.
