LONDON - March 16, 2015
London – March 16, 2015 – In the same week that Crimson Hexagon EMEA participated in festival of creativity Dubai Lynx, 8-10th March 2015, the company has expanded its customer base in the UAE with the addition of leading global agency TBWA/RAAD.
Crimson Hexagon’s technology will enable the Dubai based communications agency to provide social listening and analytics across its wide portfolio of clients. TBWA/RAAD is headquartered in Emaar Square, Dubai, and has 14 associate TBWA offices across the Middle East and North Africa with more than 1,000 people across four main divisions – advertising, digital, shopper marketing and public relations. Crimson Hexagon’s technology platform will be rolled out throughout the business.
Luke Moore, Head of Sales for Crimson Hexagon EMEA said: “We have a unique offering in this market. The UAE, much like other non-English speaking countries, is severely underserved with social data analytics tools. Social media is the world’s largest focus group and being able to tap into social data and learn from it is invaluable for brands. Our ability to mine data in any language, combined with our state of the art consumer opinion analytics, enables agencies and brands worldwide to stay ahead of the curve.”
Alexandra Maia, Head of Social Media at TBWA/RAAD said: “We are really excited to have brought Crimson Hexagon on board. It will be one of our core tools in the social media offering we provide clients. Having reviewed a number of social analytics platforms, we are absolutely confident that there is no other platform that can provide the deep level of analysis and insight that Crimson Hexagon can.
“We hope that this is an opportunity for the region to pick up the pace when it comes to understanding the value of social data. Our clients need to go beyond basic social listening and draw valuable learnings from social data that inform business strategy; now we can help them do that using Crimson Hexagon.”
