Meet Crimson Hexagon’s Newest Executive Team Members

In the midst of explosive company growth – doubling monthly recurring revenue and introducing our new image analysis capabilities – Crimson Hexagon promotes one executive and welcomes to our executive team two other industry veterans. Today, we are announcing the appointments of Lou Jordano as chief marketing officer and senior vice president; Bud McGann as chief revenue officer and senior vice president of global sales; and Dana Miller as chief customer officer, in addition to her current role as senior vice president of client services.
The expansion of our executive team signals our company maturation into a trusted partner for clients intent on deriving a 360-degree view of their customers. Lou, Bud and Dana bring decades of experience to their new roles and will help us continue to build upon our solid organizational and technological foundation.
Lou comes from Attivio, where he led marketing, business development and sales operations strategy and execution. His background in big data and text analytics marketing, as well as his work with both global enterprises and high-growth startups, will serve Lou well in his CMO position, as he leads the way in promoting our social insights solution with compelling case studies from brand and agency customers. Plus, we’ll be tapping Lou for travel tips from his adventures – he’s done everything from running with the bulls in Pamplona to climbing the Sydney Harbor Bridge.
Bud joins the team from Tidemark Systems. Prior to that, he led software sales at SuccessFactors, where he helped the company scale and through an IPO. Success Factors was acquired by SAP in 2012. We look forward to leveraging Bud’s expertise as we continue to expand our company within the enterprise brand and agency markets. And we’re sure to learn a lot about sharks from Bud, since that’s an area of fascination of his. He’s even gone cage-diving with great whites.
Lastly, Dana has been with the Crimson Hexagon team for several years now, leading our client services team. With the added role of chief customer officer, we’re asking Dana to double down on delivering consistency in the customer experience across our organization for enterprise and agency clients. Her athletic passions include running and cross country skiing, equipping her well for the stamina required to support and enhance the customer journey.
As the market struggles to capture a 360 view of the voice of the customer and realizes the complexity of holistically analyzing structured data, unstructured text and images, our integrated platform is ready to support that shift. And now, our team is even better equipped to help clients use social insights to understand their customers and markets.
