We value making an impact within our local communities. On an annual basis, each regional office selects 1-3 non-profit organizations to support for a Day of Service. Previously, our New York and Boston offices supported Cradles to Crayons, B. Good’s Hannah Farm and the Massachusetts Audubon Society.
We have a staff committee, Crimson Cares, that arranges additional philanthropic activities throughout the year, ranging from donating funds to Hurricane Harvey and the Jimmy Fund to participating in Boston’s Scooper Bowl. We are also focused on other activities that keep our employees connected. Recently we formed the Green Team whose sole mission is to reduce Crimson Hexagon’s waste footprint within our office as well as on the planet. We come together at the end of the day to play games, watch movies and flag football!

What is the most challenging project you’ve worked on since coming onboard?
“I filled in as BDR Manager for 3 months with no previous experience. I was lucky to be on a team that trusted me and picked up the slack when I couldn’t, not because they were asked to, but because our mutual success depended on it.
All of us rose to the occasion and as a result, our numbers soared. I feel very fortunate to be part of a group that works as a unit to achieve our goals.”

We always try to operate with empathy and put ourselves in the shoes of our clients and our colleagues to ensure that we’re viewing ideas and recommendations from all perspectives. We’re willing to admit when we make mistakes and need to return to the drawing board to solve our clients’ toughest challenges.
